Hi MSB… have you cheked in the folder where you saved the last file… it might have been saved by slide-effect as a bak file. if so just remove the “.bak” at the end of the file name and try load it again.
Just a suggestion.

HI Alain..
I also have a font problem…
It started with the new release of V1.10.0
When im adding or edit text then after im done and after it close the edit window the text disappear.
Same thing if load a sef file made before V1.10.0 and im trying to make changes to the text … it disappear
any idea?

Hi Alain.

I promised to give you more information and got this “sef” file that i can make available for you or send you..

Additional information :

Even though it can happen any time, It seems it is for the most part the SE Preview Player thats freezes.
In this example and the SEF file i am talking about freezes on slide 7 when i add background music to the compilation.
If i remove the music it instead freezes on slide 8.

Just let me know to where and i will send it to you.

Hi Alain, It can happen any time, There is nothing specific that im doing when it happens. I can edit some text or add a picture or a video in a slide, actually it can happen at any time what ever im doing at the time. Most of the time it just freezes and just disappear and shuts down, out of my control, however im going to take notes of what im doing at the moment when it happens and give you the information here soon.

Hi Alain. im sorry, have not been back in here for a few days so i missed your answers and comments. I forgot how amazingly fast you are with your support :).

Thats great news i will try your new update. If you still need the SEF file i will of course send it to you.

Ok I just tried the problem file before and after the updated version, it had the same error with (1.9.4) but worked fine with the updated version (1.9.5)

Im sorry Alain, i didnt realise there was a new version out (1.8.0)… let me try that one. can see you put alot of work into the update, i love the fade in/out for audio.
