I reinstalled SE and the business building with clouds are both not working. The Customizable clouds work just fine.

I totally agree that better text editing could be implemented, HOWEVER!

This is just my personal opinion, but I feel that if you are required to put tons of text on the screen your presentation should be reconsidered. The best presentations are ones with the fewest words, and where the presenter makes the information known through his own speech or notes. For technical presentations maybe it would be best to have hand outs instead of torturing your poor audience with a wall of technical information.

I mean why would they need you as a presenter if they can get the same information from the text on the screen? I am sure you have been to those presentations where bullets are read verbatim. Maybe your presentation does not fall into this trap, but if it does and you are trying to accomplish this with SE you are missing the whole point of entertaining your audience so they actually pay attention.

I can confirm that my Windows 7 64bit machine gives me an error when importing an .PPTX file. I am using Office 2007.

    The Error says
“Unable to import the PowerPoint presentation. Error: The message filter indicated that the application is busy. (Exception from HRESULT:0x8001010A (RPC_E_SERVERCALL_RETRYLATER)”

Another window from MS Powerpoint pops up and says
    “Run-time error’ – 2147188160 (80048240)’:
Application (unknown member) : Invalid request. There is no active presentation.”

I was able to successfully import an older file format of Powerpoint, the regular PPT files.

So sraynor try saving as.. your presentation in the Powerpoint 97-2003 PPT format and NOT the PPTX one.

I would be happy to have you put my comment, you can also add that my group got an A+ due in no small part to your software.

You mention education discount? If I purchased the standard, can I qualify for education discount for the professional upgrade?

And yes $29 price point is a absolute bargain, but sorely needed in this economy.
