    I just sent a report using your diagnosing program, however I found out the main cause.

    The business buildings with clouds are the only ones that do not work. It shows the buildings but the clouds are missing or there is just white.

    How do I fix this? The other animated backgrounds work fine.

    Yes I have the latest Nvidia drivers and CCCP codec.

    Well, that’s strange. And if you are using background “Customizable->Clouds” is it working?

    Maybe try to download again Slide Effect and re-install it. It is possible that cloud pictures are corrupted on your installation.

    I reinstalled SE and the business building with clouds are both not working. The Customizable clouds work just fine.

    Ok, found the issue.

    Please download Slide Effect 1.10.4 beta 1 to fix the issue.

    To download the beta version, just click on “Product Updates” on the top right and, on bottom, you’ll find the beta version.
