Version 1.10.4 Released

We released today the version 1.10.4 of Slide Effect Presentation Software (Professional and Standard Editions).

This release contains a lot of bug fixes, and the possibility to change the duration (speed) of transitions.
In details:

• Keyboard: Removed a problem when pressing arrow keys when no object is selected.
• Background: Corrected a problem with background – Business/Cloudy Building (1).
• Background: Corrected a problem with background – Business/Cloudy Building (2).
• Background: Corrected a problem with background – Abstract/Black Hole.
• Background: Corrected a problem with background – Abstract/Blue Circles.
• Background: Corrected a problem with background – Abstract/Blue Circles Title.
• Powerpoint Import/Export: Better detection of Powerpoint installed.
• File/Exit menu: When exiting this way, the application was not correctly closed: it is fixed.
• Transitions: Duration of transitions is now customizable.
• Loading File from recent items menu: If a full directory of files was deleted/moved then, later, tried to opened via this menu a crash occured. It is fixed.
• Installer: On Windows 8 we don’t try to install .net 2, because it is automatically detected by the OS.
• Corrected a problem on 2D Text with particle effects: When end effect was started before start effect was over, sometimes “Memory Access Violation” message was displayed: it is fixed.
• 3D Cube: The “Edit Time Settings…” button for custom animation times is now correctly positioned.

Trial, Standard and Pro editions have been updated and are available for all registered customers (using “Product Updates” page). Existing users who want to upgrade to the Professional edition can check the upgrade page.
