Exception_access_violation and Graphics Driver…

I’m getting an “EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION” error when trying to run the exe I made. Tried on another computer and another error comes up about graphics driver.. No problem with the sample exe I made with the trial version but after buying and using the standard version, these errors seem to have popped up.

Hello from Melbourne Australia! My problem is that I am missing files. I had to transfer this program from the back up disk purchased to a usb stick which does not appear to work. Can you help me out here? It is an older Professional V 1.11.2
