Hopefully you can save me the trouble of burning a test dvd to answer this. I want a DVD presentation where slide 1 is the intro and it stays up indefinitely until I click a mouse or DVD remote button and then it takes off and the slides do their thing based on the timing of each one. Is this possible for a DVD? If it were a presentation run on a PC sure no problem, but the whole thing will be running on a DVD player. Is this still possible? Thanks, Jim

Well, it is not possible easily.

I think the easiest way to do this is to use a DVD authoring tool and create a still picture as menu, then start the real presentation.

Some free tools able to do this:
    http://www.dvdstyler.org
    http://download.videohelp.com/liquid217/dvdauthorgui.pl

I may add more “DVD creation” features in Slide Effect in the future, but it is not planned for next release.
