ParticipantDoes slide-Effect have a redirect feature?
That is, at the end of the slide show can it automatically redirect to another website?
Is it possible to make the slides clickable to different sites?
Let’s say you have 5 slides, could you for example make one go to site A and the other site B?
Can you add one audio to each slide or the entire slide show?
Thank You In Advance For Your Help,
Lionspaw

alainKeymasterHi,
Redirection: It is not possible to redirect from the slide show to a website for now. This is something I may add in the future.
Audio: Yes you can add audio tracks as you want (entire show, or each slide, whatever you want).

ParticipantThank you for your response.
In thinking about my needs and your product more this thought came to mind.
I have a video sitemap.
My sitemap will automatically find any videos in mp4 format.
When we create a slide show is it in mp4 format?

alainKeymasterYes, you can export is as mp4, using the exportation wizard.

ParticipantGreat!
Thank you for your timely responses.
I’ll give it a try.
But, I’m pretty sure you just made another sale?

ParticipantCan we add audio separately?
In other words can we create the video first without any sound and then add the sound later?

alainKeymasterYou can generate a video without any sound, then later regenerate one with sound yes.
But if you want to modify a movie file, you’ll have to use a video editor like Adobe Premiere or VirtualDub.

ParticipantI just purchased the Standard SlideEffects version 1.8.2
and it works great. But I would like to save my files as mp3 or ideally mp4,
not .sef.Can I do that, and if so, how?
February 7, 2011 at 17:10 #10037
alainKeymasterto do that, use the exportation Wizard (File menu, then “Export Presentation…”). Click on the button “Export the presentation to a movie file…” and choose the settings you want.

ParticipantHello Alain,
Thank you for your prompt responses.
I really like SlideEffect!
This is a fun piece of software that I know will be a profitable work-horse too.
But please make each slide clickable–in the next generation–if possible, ideally, and
put me number one on your contact list. You really give us a lot of bang-for-the-buck with this software.
Congratulations, It’s a real winner.
