    hi alain,
I have installed the latest version of slide effect (1.7.3) in my laptop win7 64 bit. I tried opening a slide presentation which I have done on older version, but after the first slide, it does not continue but instead I got an error: “memory access violation”. I have already tried the compatibility procedure but it is not still working. Please help. Thanks

Is it possible for you to send me the faulty presentation by email (alain@slide-effect.com) so I can give it a try?

If the presentation is too big, please use a service like http://www.sendalong.com/

    thanks

thanks a lot buddy for your fast reply. I will try sending the file on my private email, since I can not use my company email here at home.

ok just checked your file. Everything works ok on my computer, but as you are the second customer to have the same problem since the release of the last version, I suspect there is something wrong somewhere. Give me a few hours, I will check some things and I will go back to you as soon as possible.

Just uploaded a fixed version on the website. Please download and install once again 1.7.3 from “Product Updates” section.

This small nasty bug was here since 1.6.0, gosh!

Thanks a LOT for the report.
