.exe file to .sef file

I’ve a presentation that I created a few years ago & I need to use some of the material from it.
I only have it as an .exe file & I would like to remove pages from it, do I need 3rd party software to remove the slides ?

Hi Alain,

The file is 150Mb. I’ve recreated the pages that I need. I also tried to change the .exe to .sef but it becomes unstable.
