MemberHi,
I just bought the professional edition of Slide Effect and downloaded some animated backgrounds. When selectingthose backgrounds and click on the preview button, nothing happens. Process Se.exe halts and remains active in the list of Windows processes. There are as many se.exe halted instances as times I click on preview button.
Best regards,

alainKeymasterHi think it is a video codec problem.
Please do the following:
– Download and install this codec pack on your computer: http://www.cccp-project.net/
If it is still not working, please install latest version of Windows Media Player from here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/windows-media-player
This should fix the problem.

MemberHi, even the suggestions you gave me worked fine in my computer when I exported it to an EXE standalone file I cannot see the slides. I installed Windows Media Player 11 and CCCP in the computer in which I will play the slides and I cannot see anything and se.exe process remains halted. Please, I need your urgent support. Tomorrow is the day in which I present the slides to the audience

alainKeymaster– If you try the standalone EXE on the computer where you installed Slide Effect, is it working?
– Is any error displayed ?The most probable error is missing specific graphic drivers, please take a look here:
https://www.slide-effect.com/help/EN/faq-no-3d-driver.htmKeep me informed.

MemberHi,
I have installed all drivers and Slide-Effect on the presentation computer, however the problem remains. No error message. Just the black screen with the tect “Loading Slides…” but slides don’t start. Se.exe process is halted and needs manual reset through Task Manager
Cheers

MemberI’m afraid I cannot do that. The slides are corporate confidential information
Thanks anyway
