We released today the version 1.9.10 of Slide Effect Presentation Software (Professional and Standard Editions).
It is a maintenance release with just a few small bug fixes.
In details:
- Movie Playing: Corrected a size problem for movie with a width bigger than 256 and smaller than 512.
- 2D Fonts: Corrected a memory leak problem with 2D fonts.
- Background images: Corrected a memory leak problem background images.
- Background images: Corrected a memory leak on particle effects.
- Movie Export: Added “WMV High Quality” preset with an enhanced bitrate.
Trial, Standard and Pro editions have been updated and are available for all registered customers (using “Product Updates” page). Existing users who want to upgrade to the Professional edition can check the upgrade page.
kept getting an error message when I tried to download version 1.9.10
Just responded by email:
Please do the following:
– Stop Slide Effect
– Using your file browser, go to your default download directory (usually C:\Users\<Your name>\Downloads )
– Find the file “SlideEffect_1.9.10.exe”
– Double-click on it to start the installation.
This should work.
