    I keep getting the error message that slide effects has stopped working and will shut down. This is very bothersome. It worked fine with Windows 8, but since my system upgraded to 8.1 this message happens about every 10 minutes of time working with the slide effects program. HELP!

    Hi,

    – Are you using the latest version of Slide Effect?
    – Are you doing something specific when the error is displayed?

    Any additional information would help me to figure out where the problem is.
