    I’ve launched the SlideEffect application; I was running 1.8.2. Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve needed to create a new presentation. Pop-Up indicates a new verion is available (Version 1.11.2). When I click “Click here to download the new version”. I get the message: “Internal server error. Please contact system administrator.”.

    How can i proceed?

    Hi,

    I checked my records and it seems you purchased Slide Effect Professional on February 2011, then asked for a refund on March 2011.

    That’s why the automatic update is not working.

    (Yes the error message could be a little bit more self explanatory, I agree 🙂 )
