Export to Avi – no file being created

Hi Alain,

I am trying to export presentation to AVI and once it tries to export the data and has commpleted – The file is not created.
Even though it says congratulations your project is succesfully exported.

I exported using flash default and it worked fine.

I did have this problem when I was running with the standard version but I could adjust the settings (which could have been too high or not compatible) and then it worked – however with the pro – it doesn’t seem to convert for any setting for avi.

The settings are as follows:

Width: 575×431
Bit Rate: 800
Frames: 30

Your help would really be appreciated.

Hi,

Just checked here, and it seems there is something wrong. I’ll work on that this evening. Give me a few hours, and I will go back to you!

ok, I got it.

The problem comes from the AVI codec used. It does not support resolution that are not a multiple of 2. If you change from 575×431 to 576×432 it will work flawlessly.

I will correct it next week, and will be delivered on 1.7.0 beta5.
