Error!

Hi i just changed my PC and reinstalled Slide effect on the new system.
I copied some files made using the previous Pc and opened it.
It opened fine but when i tried to view the presentation using the play presentation button i get an error
” Unable to Create 3D Scene”.
Can you please offer some help on this problem

Please check you have installed the display drivers and you are not using generic drivers.

If it does not work, can you do the following?

– Download the following file:
https://www.slide-effect.com/tools/SlideEffectDiagnose.EXE
– Run it (double-click on it) – enter your email to help us find the report in the list

This tool will do some check on your computer and automatically send a report to us.
