Hi Roger,
Please do the following:
– Right click on the desktop shortcut of the program and select “Properties”
– On the “Target” field you should see something like:
“C:\Program Files\Slide Effect\SlideEffect.exe”
Please change this line to:
“C:\Program Files\Slide Effect\SlideEffect.exe DEBUG”
(Add debug at the end)
– Then launch again the software and run it until the problem occurs, then stop it.
– You will see a new file appearing on your desktop “LaunchReport.txt”
